ACCESS: We remove traditional barriers, actively recruit future educators through partnerships with colleges and universities, and match candidates to roles based on values, need, and opportunities.
ADVOCACY: We analyze data to identify community needs and to inform solutions. We collaborate with community partners to bring those solutions to schools and communities.help meet community needs.
SUPPORT: We focus on the sponsorship and mentorship of next gen educators, and offer professional development and financial support.

Revive Face-to-Face Campus Recruitment: The first step in the process of diversifying a faculty is to know how and where to seek teaching candidates of color. Before independent school teacher agencies existed, representatives from independent schools went to colleges to recruit firsthand. While agencies may succeed in recruiting able candidates generally, the recruitment of teachers of color will require a more concerted and more personal effort.
